Rose on the resort beach in the morning- went for a swim and found red warning flags up, but couldn't figure out what was dangerous. Where we camped during the night, there had been signs up reading: Warning!! Shark bites have occurred on this beach. Beware of Sharks!!! In the middle of the night Rose woke me up and we had to move the tent because the tide was coming in and the tent was about to go swimming and the sharks were about to eat us in the tent. Matt and Jessica aren't in the picture here because they went to use the hottub at the Westin, ha.
Next we went to see some petroglyphs east of Lahaina. Rose was really happy, as you can imagine. They were a little different than the ones in Kodiak.
Finally, we went to a beach in Paia and played in the waves, then returned home. Matt and I returned the car to Kahului and hitched home with several interesting folks. I am still tired.
